Nursery Refund Policy
Caterpillars fees and refunds
Caterpillars day nursery receives payments from parents/carers and third parties for the following:
- Nursery fees
- Outings and excursions
- Extra-curricular activities
All fees are payable in advance of the service being provided. It is therefore on rare occasions that we need to provide a refund to our parents. If a refund is necessary, please see our refund policy stated below.
Caterpillars refund policy
At Caterpillars Day Nursery we want to ensure that all parents and carers are treated fairly and equally in respect of any monies paid for services received.
Refunds are made:
- Where an administrative error has been made
- Any overpayments by childcare vouchers the refund must be returned to the childcare voucher company, not direct to the parent (PAYE implications).
Refunds cannot be made for:
- Child’s sickness
- Hospital appointments
- Child/parent choosing not to come in some days
